Question 1

Do you install tile that I've already bought?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many clients pick tile at a showroom and hire us for installation only. If you'd rather buy through us, we offer 15% off materials on any job we install.

Question 2

Can you repair just a few cracked tiles or a bad grout line?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Repairs are a core part of the business, not an afterthought. We fix cracked or hollow tile, failing grout, loose stone, and water-damaged areas, and we'll tell you honestly if the problem is bigger than it looks.

Question 3

How do you keep a shower from leaking?

Accepted Answer

Waterproofing happens before any tile goes on: a sloped, sealed pan, a waterproof membrane on the walls, and sealed corners and niches. Tile and grout are the finish, not the barrier. We build the barrier first.

Question 4

Do you work with natural stone like marble and travertine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Natural stone needs different setting materials, sealing, and handling than porcelain, and we've been installing it for twenty years. Ask about sealing and care when you request your estimate.

Question 5

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. RSC Tile & Stone Corporation holds California contractor license #1147066 and carries liability insurance. You can verify the license on the CSLB website.
